Submit Articles for IPA/USA E-Journal

IPAUSA E-Journal
Information for Authors


The IPAUSA E-Journal (formally known as the IPAUSA Quarterly) seeks articles that present significant new research, projects, or applied practice about the nature of play.

Fall 2012 Special Issue call for articles that address Article 31 (The Right to Play) of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Manuscripts may address various perspectives, global awareness, teacher interventions, or play day projects that examine the Right to Play. 


Manuscript submissions
The IPA/USA E Journal accepts manuscripts up to 3,500 words in length. All text, including quotations, references, and endnotes, should be prepared in double-spaced, 12-point Times Roman Font. Each submission should include a one-paragraph abstract of about 150 words detailing both the argument and the significance of the piece. 
All submissions are evaluated by double-blind review. The author’s name (and the names of coauthors) should appear only on the cover sheet. For each submission, please be sure to include the complete addresses for each author, email, and institutional affiliations. 
Please submit your proposed manuscript by March 31, 2012.


Submissions should be in Word, 12 pt Times Roman Font and emailed to:
